MANAGEMENT, ACCOUNTING/FINANCE AND MARKETING
Mark A. Kneer ( Director / Head of Audio Department )
Originally from Ulm, Germany, Mark received his degree (Magna Com Laude) in Music Production & Engineering from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA.
He undertook master classes with Grammy Award-Winning audio engineer Bruce Swedien (Michael Jackson, Mick Jagger, Jennifer Lopez) and Eddie Kramer (The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix).
In addition, he holds a Masters Degree in Business from the world-renowned University of Newcastle, Australia.
He has more then 7 years of accounting and financing experience in the Film and Music Industry.
Ella Evrita ( Head of Finance and Accounting Department )
In charge of the Accounting & Finance Division.
Responsible for all financial aspects of the Yayasan in ways of constructing, analyzing, and advising the accounting and financial state of SAE Institute Jakarta's operational matters.
Ningsih Soedarmadji ( Marketing Director )
Ningsih manages, oversees and develops strategies to reach SAE's goals.
Responsibilities include brand development, marketing strategy, plan and administer marketing budget annually. Translating business unit objective and strategies to develop brand portfolio and facilitate business unit growth. Ningsih is also building a partnership to meet each respective business goal and to enhance student value.
Ningsih Soedarmadji did her Bachelor of Arts in KvB Institute Of Technology, Australia (1997). During her career she worked in a wide variety of design, advertising and communication fields in Sydney. She joined Adam Mills advertising and forefront Design Company where she worked closely with the art director. Three years later she co-founded Zeal Design in Australia. Her clients included Nestle Australia, Toshiba Australia, The Spanish and Singaporean Embassy, Robin Smith Communication and many more.
In 2008 She started to work with SAE Institute Australia as a representative in Indonesia, where she coordinated closely with several education agents & companies in supporting and promoting SAE Institute to increase international student recruitment for Australia and Singapore.
Nana Soedarmadji ( Creative Director / Communication Director )
Together with Ningsih, Nana manages, oversees and develops strategies to reach SAE's goals. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with media and monitoring media coverage; identifying key messages and communicating consistent messages across print and electronic media. She also supervises the work of designers and copywriters in producing public relations materials, advertising, and marketing collateral.
Equipped with an educational background in Communication Design from Australia’s Billy Blue College of Design, Nana Soedarmadji started out her career in various fields of design and communication in Sydney for 5 years and then moved to Jakarta.
In 2007 she founded Evolver Industries, a creative boutique specializing in Lifestyle and Entertainment industry. Her clients include Singapore Tourism Board, Chrysler Indonesia, Blue Bird Group, Infomedia Nusantara and Plaza Indonesia Realty.

Robin Moran ( Academic Director )
After receiving his Master of Art from the London Film School, Robin returned to Jakarta to direct his first feature film "MASKOT" with Random Pictures Indonesia. This debut film received numerous nominations and awards, including Best Picture and Best Script. Immediately after that, he joined Kismet Films in producing the multiKaward winning "Gone Shopping". He has since directed short films, music videos, agency initiatives, PSAs and commercials, some of which has also shared award accolades.
Even though his strengths are in talent direction and storytelling, Robin never neglects the visual details in his work. He is open to variety of challenges in directing.
William Gibson ( Campus Academic Coordinator and Senior Lecturer )
William Gibson holds a PhD from the University of Leeds. He has taught literature, media studies, and writing as an Assistant Professor at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and Lehman College, part of the City University of New York. He was Head of Department, Journalism at SAE Institute Singapore.
In addition to his role a Campus Academic Coordinator at SAE Institute Jakarta, William is the senior lecturer on the Middlesex University Bachelor Honors degree program.
William is also an active freelance writer and has published non-fiction in commercial magazines and fiction with Monsoon Books.
Ari Syarif ( Head of Film Department )
After graduating from KvB Visual Art and Communication College Sydney in 1996, Ari Syarif returned to Indonesia where he rapidly excelled in his film career as an Assistant Editor and freelance Unit Manager.
By 1999 he was in demand as an Assistant Director and Director, contributing to a wide array of productions including TV programs, commercial productions, music videos, television films and documentaries.
In 2004, Ari focused his activities on Directing and Producing and by 2006, he had written five feature length screenplays, three of which were produced and commercially released, namely "Namaku Dick", "Maskot" and "Badai di Ujung Negeri".
It is this feature film experience which has given Ari exceptional strength in structured storytelling in addition to his innate visual sense, achieved over the years by absorbing knowledge and skills from Directors all over the world including Antonio Saraceno from Australia and Omar Abullah from Malaysia. Currently, Ari is working on his new project "Soul Quest," a story based on the autobiography of religious leader Anand Krishna.
Arya Harditya ( Head of Electronic Music Production Department )
Arya Harditya is originally a full-time Creative Director and Multimedia Designer graduated from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, he is also a part-time EDM Producer & DJ known as DTX. Winner of Paranoia Hard Rock FM 2011 for Best Producer and Best DJ on JUICE Magazine 2012, he also have gained numerous dance music awards nomination.
He is also the co-founder of Invert Recordings, a digital record label which defines him as dance music entrepreneur. His expertise in Design and achievements in Electronic Dance Music scene, believes that he can bring Creative Media to a whole new level.
Aldo Sianturi (Head of Music Business)
Aldo Sianturi is a creative industries consultant, business advisor, speaker and writer.
Throughout his 20+ years in the business, he teaches a range of courses about music business aspects of the music industry, journalism and entrepreneurship. He has worked at Universal Music Indonesia, Aksara Records and founded a label called Purapura Records. Aldo has always had a passion for music and a desire to share his knowledge and industry experiences, so it was no surprise that he chose to enter the rewarding world of teaching.
Yandha Krishna ( Studio Manager / Music Production Lecturer )
Having come from a musical background, Yandha did not start out to take on Audio Production as his first endeavor into higher education. However, after trying to take on Business, he found that his passion was to deal with music even deeper. From a friend's recommendation, he took on SAE Singapore as a place to equip him with the much searched-for qualities in an audio engineer. Yandha has previously worked with several up-and-coming artists and his work has just been recently mentioned in the Rolling Stones Indonesia.
Yandha also teaches as part-time lecturer at another well-known music institution in Indonesia.
Sugiman Putra ( Supervisor )
He is in charge of maintaining the entire operational system of the office environment (i.e building/campus maintenance). He is in particular responsible of maintaining the Film Department equipment.

ADMINISTRATION AND STUDENTS RELATIONS
Claudia Geraldine
Marketing, Admissions, and Student Relations. Handles inquiries, delivering basic until in depth details of SAE and its programs.
Responsible for Admissions by assisting every step of the enrollment process.
Conducts SAE facility tour which consists of the function of each room and its equipments.
The bridge between the community and SAE itself as well as the conveyor of students’ complaints, feedbacks, class schedule, and other academic matters.
Kartika Eprilla
Front face of Marketing. Kartika, Tika for short, handles any type of inquiries with needed information.
Conducts SAE Institute Jakarta entrance exam as well as facility tour.
She also plays a role in the Student Relations Dept. in informing class schedule, make-up class, and upcoming events.
